Our story
Saksho started with a familiar frustration. After two decades of building enterprise platforms and standing up SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS programs from the inside, our founder kept watching the same pattern: talented teams spending more time documenting controls than improving them. Evidence collected manually. Spreadsheets stale by the time they were finished. The same work redone for every framework, every quarter, every audit.
The tools hadn't kept up with how modern companies actually operate, and the wave of “AI-powered” GRC marketing didn't change the underlying reality.
Saksho is being built to change that. We're using agentic AI to turn GRC from a perpetual catch-up exercise into a continuous, intelligent layer that works alongside your team, collecting evidence, mapping controls across frameworks, and surfacing drift the moment it happens. Compliance shouldn't be a tax on innovation. With the right system, it doesn't have to be.

Founder & CEO
Ratan Hodar is the founder and CEO of Saksho, where he leads product, technology, and go-to-market. Across 20+ years in enterprise technology, including CTO roles and leadership positions at IBM and Macy's, he's built platforms used by millions and implemented SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS programs from the inside. That dual lens, builder and compliance practitioner, is what Saksho is built on. He holds a credential from UC Berkeley.
Abhishek Kumar
Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer
Abhishek Kumar is co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Saksho, leading revenue, customer strategy, and the people systems that scale them. Across 20+ years in sales leadership and human resources, he has grown commercial teams and advised on large-scale transformation and operating model redesign across technology, financial services, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and professional services. At Saksho, he's building the customer and operational backbone that helps enterprises adopt AI-driven GRC without the usual friction.
